Your first visit includes a comprehensive examination, X-rays are also recommended and a consultation about your oral health goals. We'll review your dental and medical history, perform a thorough oral examination, and create a personalized treatment plan just for you. This is also a great time to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

Yes, we provide emergency dental services for urgent situations such as severe toothaches, broken teeth, or dental trauma. Call our hotline for immediate assistance and guidance. We strive to accommodate emergency patients on the same day whenever possible.

Yes, we accept selected HMO's and dental insurance providers. Coverage and acceptance may vary pere branch, so please contact us or your provider to confirm coverage and clinic branch acceptance before your visit.

Absolutely. We honor both Senior Citizen and PWD discounts in compliance with Philippine law. Just present your valid ID upon billing to receive your 20% discount or VAT exemption, whichever is applicable.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, online payment platforms, and bank transfers. Some branches also accept checks and installment payments through credit card partners.

Yes, we understand that schedules change. Please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel. This helps us accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an available slot.
